What Others Are Saying

“My previous hairstylist dyed and cut my hair for my engagement photos. It was a week prior to pictures. I went to my appointment and the gal was running late and was rushed. I had a photo ready of what I wanted to my hair to look like, a more natural brown with balayage highlights. It came out too dark and unevenly dyed with a skunk stripe on my right side. When I noticed it the next day after washing it, I cried. I was angry and disappointed. I texted her right away and she got me in the next day. She fixed it as well as she could.

I switched to Savannah a month later and it was the best choice.  I explained what happened in our consultation.  We discussed what my hair goals were for my upcoming wedding.  She set me up a on plan, which included better products, styles to support the growing process and hair color to bring it back to a natural brown.

Two and half years later, I am so happy that I switched to Savannah!  For once, I LOVE my hair with its natural brown mushroom color and continue to grow it out, something I never thought I’d be able to do.

Going to Savannah as a hairstylist is just one aspect.  She is well educated and can fully explain how products will react and why.  Moreover, she has become a good friend.  She radiates love.

“I stared going to Savannah for my hair about a year ago after being diagnosed with allergic contact dermatitis. I was told I had to find hair care products that didn’t have any of my allergens in them. I am allergic to so many things, it was impossible. A friend who was already Savannah’s client reached out to her, and without knowing me or any guarantee I’d come to her, Savannah researched products that would be safe for my hair and skin.

The first time I met Savannah, I was nervous. I had been going to a different stylist for 3 years, and it’s tough to change. She was so warm and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about what she was going to put on my hair, I was immediately impressed. That first experience kept me going back. I had no idea that my eyes weren’t supposed to water or my scalp wasn’t supposed to itch and burn when I got my hair colored! More importantly, Savannah’s professionalism and personality have made me feel right at home.

When Savannah started her own business this fall, I followed her. I know I can trust her to have my best interests at heart. I love that she listens and talks over every step of the process before she does anything to my hair. When you find the best, you stick with it! Savannah is the best!”

“Five years ago, I walked in to see Savannah on the recommendation of a friend who was rocking some pretty amazing curls. Back then, I thought a good curly haircut was a bunch of layers that hopefully didn't leave you with a triangle-shaped head, and in my experience, most stylists I saw back then thought that too. I spent a lifetime hating natural curls that never came naturally.

Savannah's focus on a healthy scalp and hair and her talent for seeing what your unique curl pattern needs from cut to product has utterly transformed my curls. My once over-processed, literally broken hair is now soft, shiny, and healthy. Even my color is thoughtfully planned with gorgeous natural highlights that bring light and definition into my ringlets. Once, I could scarcely imagine loving my hair, and now I barely remember not absolutely rocking these curls.

I’m so grateful for Savannah's talent and joyful personality. Are you a curly girl? You need Savannah in your life!”
